1. Stay in The Farmhouse. A private five-bedroom rental home sleeping 16, half a mile from a boat ramp. Perfect for reunions, fishing trips, bachelorette weekends, and groups that want to stay together. Includes full access to the property and spa.

2. Stay at an RV Site. All 24 sites come fully appointed — private hot tub, covered pavilion, grill, four-person fire pit, patio furniture, and full hookups. Every site is built to the same standard so every guest arrives to the same experience. Includes full access to the property and spa.

3. Come for the day. You don't have to stay overnight to enjoy what we've built. Visit the restaurant, rent a seaplane, hit the golf simulator, or stock up at the beer and wine market. The property is open to the community.
