The Farm at Baker Mountain includes a 2,730 square foot restaurant building with indoor dining and bar seating, a covered outdoor patio, and a full commercial kitchen. The resort provides the building, utilities, furniture, landscaping, and marketing placement at both properties.
Between The Farm and ReTreet Resort and Spa one mile away, there are up to 150 guests on property on any given night. The operator brings the concept and the team.

The space is ready. 1,100 sq ft of indoor dining and bar, 900 sq ft commercial kitchen, and 730 sq ft of heated covered patio with lake views.
